GUERRERO grew up on the eastside of Los Angeles and remains close to that community. He is a long-time member of the Vincent Price Art Museum Foundation Board in East Los Angeles and on the Advisory Board of the Neighborhood Music School in Boyle Heights that provides low-cost music education for children. He is often invited to emcee special events and fundraisers and sits on panels for various arts and cultural organizaions. Guerrero was also invited to be on the Cultural Advisory Council for the feature film Coco and was often at Pixar during the feature’s early development.
